About Us

Rental Rehabbers was built around a simple idea: when a rental property has been neglected, damaged, abandoned, or left in terrible condition, property owners shouldn’t have to coordinate a dozen different contractors just to get it rent-ready again.

I learned that lesson firsthand. Growing up, my parents invested in rental properties as part of their long-term financial plan. When my father suffered a serious health setback, those properties became an important source of stability for our family. The challenge was that the rentals were hundreds of miles away, and tenants rarely treated distance as a reason to take better care of a property.

Many of my summers and college breaks were spent helping restore houses that had been heavily damaged, neglected, or simply left in rough shape. I saw the amount of time, money, and coordination required to bring a property back to market. Fortunately, our family had experience in multiple trades and could handle much of the work ourselves. Most property owners aren’t that lucky.

That’s why Rental Rehabbers focuses on the worst of the worst. We specialize in complete property turnarounds—inside and out. Instead of managing landscapers, junk removal crews, painters, flooring contractors, handymen, cleaners, and repair specialists separately, our clients work with one company, one point of contact, and one comprehensive plan.

Whether you’re a landlord facing a difficult turnover, a property manager trying to reduce vacancy time, an investor preparing a property for sale, or an executor handling an estate, our goal is the same: restore the property as quickly and cost-effectively as possible so you can move forward.

From the front curb to the back fence, from floor to ceiling, Rental Rehabbers helps transform problem properties into market-ready assets.
